Richmond Riverfest

RiverTime in Lismore will mark the official start of the festival with a dynamic day of activities at Riverside Park. The event will include river-themed stalls, cultural performances, and family-friendly activities, all designed to inspire and engage the local community.

Where the Waters Meet in Coraki will conclude the festival with a community picnic, river paddle, and tree planting day, encouraging ongoing stewardship of the Richmond River.

Rose Turtle Ertler will be in Lismore on Bundjalung country for the last week of April recording locals speaking to their river. What would you say in 30 seconds?...

The final soundtrack wil be heard on the rivers edge on Sat 29, Sun 30 April.

Welcome to the Upper Richmond River Fest.

A wide-ranging program of events will run over April and May 2023.

River restoration planning, guided walks, riverbank planting, river stories, workshops and a film night are some of the activities. Something for everyone.
